years, there has been an ongoing discussion about what qualifies as healthy and
unhealthy food. However, it is often argued that there are no inherently good
or bad foods, only good or bad diets. While people generally believe they know
what is healthy or not, they often admit to being confused about how to apply
general dietary advice in their daily lives.
As per people really think Healthy Food means avoiding
junk food, controlling their diet, tasteless, boring and basic food, etc., but
they forget that Healthy Food has a wide spread of other knowledgeable things
which we will discuss about it.
A healthy diet will provide your body with the
nutrients it needs to maintain its well-being and maintain its energy level. Healthy
Food not just keeps your immune system good but it also helps with your Mental,
Physical and Emotional well being.
These four main groups that help you have a balanced
diet:

Fruits and vegetables

Whole grains
It is always important to differentiate between
healthy and unhealthy food. They differ in national value, price, calories and
taste.
What is healthy food: - A food
that is not processed and is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that
are important for a proper growth. This food usually constitutes in balanced
diet as usually have low sugar and sodium content.
What is unhealthy food: - Unhealthy
food is known as Fast food which is easy, quick and delicious. They are highly
processed and have lots of saturated fats. They also have harmful chemicals
compound and lots of artificial flavoring which causes health issues.
Since the 2000s, the
prevalence of obesity has risen from 15% to 30%, largely due to the rapid
increase in fast food consumption. People have developed a preference for
convenient and affordable grab-and-go options, with fast food being a popular
choice. However, many individuals tend to overlook the negative impact on their
health and fail to exercise caution when consuming fast food frequently. In
recent times, there has been a renewed emphasis on the importance of healthy
food, as people are starting to recognize the consequences of long-term junk
food consumption.
