“What is considered as Healthy Food” & “How is healthy food and unhealthy food different” …

Hey Readers, Welcome to my Blog.

For many years, there has been an ongoing discussion about what qualifies as healthy and unhealthy food. However, it is often argued that there are no inherently good or bad foods, only good or bad diets. While people generally believe they know what is healthy or not, they often admit to being confused about how to apply general dietary advice in their daily lives.

As per people really think Healthy Food means avoiding junk food, controlling their diet, tasteless, boring and basic food, etc., but they forget that Healthy Food has a wide spread of other knowledgeable things which we will discuss about it.

A healthy diet will provide your body with the nutrients it needs to maintain its well-being and maintain its energy level. Healthy Food not just keeps your immune system good but it also helps with your Mental, Physical and Emotional well being.

These four main groups that help you have a balanced diet:
·        Dairy
·        Meat
·        Fruits and vegetables
·        Whole grains

It is always important to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy food. They differ in national value, price, calories and taste.

What is healthy food: - A food that is not processed and is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are important for a proper growth. This food usually constitutes in balanced diet as usually have low sugar and sodium content.

What is unhealthy food: - Unhealthy food is known as Fast food which is easy, quick and delicious. They are highly processed and have lots of saturated fats. They also have harmful chemicals compound and lots of artificial flavoring which causes health issues.

Since the 2000s, the prevalence of obesity has risen from 15% to 30%, largely due to the rapid increase in fast food consumption. People have developed a preference for convenient and affordable grab-and-go options, with fast food being a popular choice. However, many individuals tend to overlook the negative impact on their health and fail to exercise caution when consuming fast food frequently. In recent times, there has been a renewed emphasis on the importance of healthy food, as people are starting to recognize the consequences of long-term junk food consumption.

Stay tuned for our upcoming blog post to learn more about the evolution of healthy food over the years.
